Fiber Cement
- James Hardie has a 30 year Non Pro Rated Warranty. This product comes pre primed or pre painted. Quad Max caulking (James Hardie Recommendation) will last a paint job and need to be cut out and caulked. Painting this product is recommended every 7-10 depending on quality of paint.
Vinyl Siding
- Vinyl Siding is by far the lowest maintenance exterior siding available. Simple Pressure wash when siding should sign of dirt. No painting or caulking.
EIFS & Stucco
- This type of siding is one of the worst types of siding to have on your home. Painting and caulking every 6 years is recommended but a full replacement with a different type of siding is highly recommended. EIFs and Stucco homes are very dangerous and can cost you thousands in rot replacement due to rotting from the inside out.
Wood Siding
